Medium Biological UV Filter - 750 Gal

The UV portion of this filter features a 9-watt bulb enclosed in a glass sleeve. As the water passes the glass sleeve free floating algae, molds or bacteria are destroyed by the excess UV exposure, UV filtration is a widely accepted method for keeping algae under control. The BIO-FILTER TANK may be placed hidden or in plain view of your garden and may be partially buried. For best results, do not place the TANK at the highest level from your pond. DO NOT PLACE IN THE POND! Only the INLET hose will be placed in the water. The tank, the Discharge and its attached hose may be partially buried, leaving a minimum of 1 below the clamp exposed (See Figure A).
