recommended to be used only when the pH of a pond is lower than 6.0. It is
important to note that pH is typically lowest at dawn and higher at dusk. Fish
respiration lowers the pH and photosynthesis raises the pH. Thus, it is very
important to test your pond pH at the same time each day. Adjust pH at 0.2
points per day. A drastic change in pH may cause stress or even death in
ornamental fish.
